    Can anyone pls help why my GPU usage is not maxed out at 100% with RT Psycho settings and DLSS Quality?

    My system specs are

    I7 12700K
    32GB DDR4 3600MHZ CL14 RAM
    Zotac RTX 4090 Amp Extreme Airo
    Corsair HX1000 PSU
     
    I am playing at 3440X1440 with DLSS Quality. GPU usage is never locked at 99% and fluctuates frequently even when my CPU is not maxed out. Increasing the resolution using DLDSR solves this. Why is my GPU usage not maxed out when my CPU is also not maxed out?

    brain fart lol, good luck, the failure rate is rather low, but the problems were rather pronounced as this is the first mass failure of higher end cards, you should be fine
