  1. Alright, that's good to know. You mentioned the 390 is too hot for a CX series, meaning what exactly? Do I need better cooling? When buying a new PSU, what should I be aiming for? Edit: I read your thread on the CX-series, it contains nice info.
  2. I love to play games for hours, non-stop. Will my current CX500 support the CPU and GPU upgrade to a 4790k and a R9 390? It'll be temporary until I upgrade to a 750 watt PSU

  7. I'll be overclocking the CPU. Would that still be a problem? Fgtfv567

  14. Hi everyone, new to the forums. I want to build my very first starter gaming pc, but thing is I'm not to sure what I want to build. My priorities are typically performance; I don't really give a shit about noise or quiet fans, but when it comes to heating I do. I just need different build suggestions from everyone which would come within a budget of $750. Edit: I love to play every games such as WoW, SCII, Diablo, Skyrim, Dota 2 and others. Try to keep everything within a $750CAD budget, Already got my mouse, keyboards, surround speakers and etc. I don't have a windows operating system, Sorry about the lack of info.
