I'd be hesitant. Most keyboard the caps have different profiles.
Will the keys physically fit? Yes.
Will the profiles match up? Not likely.
If you swap the keys around, you could have a miss match of profiles.
Not the end of the world, just looks a little weird.
Here is my keyboard (CM Quickfire TK) with the M key swapped for the Q key. As you can see the profile varies slightly.
