    Currently debating between the NF-A14 FLX and the NF-A14 industrialPPC-2000. Price or colors are not a concern. I know the industrial is louder but that is also because it has a higher RPM. so my question is: If I run them both at 800 RPM will they have the same noise level ? Also, are there any better fans in terms of performance/noise ?
