Better to have the fans on the cooler as I take or leave them as exhaust?

Would it be a better idea to change the fan on the back of the s340 to intake?

Hello!, I'm currently putting together a system with 970 SLI's and have a question about the h100i fan setup as it's going to be crazy hot. I know it's conventional to put the fans on exhaust for the h100i however i'm currently using the nzxt S340 and there's no air intake as the back and top fans are both on exhaust aswell. With this in mind is it wrong to put the fans to intake and pull air through the radiator as the front of the s340 is the only place with a filter for intake fans? Thank you!, Skyler
