One of the new kids last year, in the same year level as me (9), had done a research project and presented it to the class.
The project was on why consoles are better than pc's.
During his brief presentation, the outline for consoles being better was that the consoles had faster internets, which made "call of duty" run faster.
Then he went on to say that the internets on pc were so slow that it couldn't even handle "call of duty" and just plain didn't work.
I laughed at him so hard I was given detention

This is all the sort of stuff I'm excited for for when I'm able to have an income. Right now I'm still in school and I'm stuck drooling over majority of what goes on here.

PIE core started is a memory error. Given how quickly you get the error suggests that it's completely fubar. I believe it's been mentioned above but anyway.
Memory - 1st most likely possibility
Try booting with 1 stick.  Try booting with the other.  Try booting with a borrowed known working stick. PSU - 2nd
Remove it from the system, connect a fan for it to power, sort a green and a black wire from the 24 pin and power it on. If it fails instantly, or within the usual time your system shuts off that means it's faulty. Corsairs guide on how to do it:
Shorting out - 3rd
Rebuild the rig outside of it's case on top of the motherboard box and attempt to boot it. If that's your issue, you may have to use some of your own logic to figure out what's shorting it. Did you use standoffs? (I had to repair a rig that the owner didn't use any so... yeah) or maybe there was a standoff installed incorrectely, or maybe an extra standoff? Dunno, you find out  Hope this helps!

I jarred my knee doing long jump once. Didn't bend my knee to support my land, It's like I just landed with all my might on 1 straight leg. I nearly vomited from the pain. I was limping for a week, and could only hop for the first day or 2.
Occasionally it plays up, restricting me from bending my knee fully :/
 
Unfortunately I don't know your problem, I'm not a doctor. You should make the effort to see one though, it'll most likely be beneficial.
