  1. I currently have a BeQuiet! Pure Power 11 FM 650W PSU and recently purchased a BeQuiet! Pure Power 12 M 850W PSU. I'm curious if I can simply swap out the PSU and continue using the same cables, or if I'll need to redo all the cable management. I've checked several forums and YouTube videos, but opinions are split. Some say it's possible to reuse the cables, while others warn it could harm my parts
  2. It really varies depending on the project. I just took a peek at some of my recent timelines while keeping an eye on Task Manager. It seems like certain segments, especially those involving After Effects Dynamic Link Files or Third-Party Plugins, tend to push my GPU to its limits. However, there are also instances where my CPU hits 100% during playback (I used Full Resolution for the test). My RAM usage never exceeds 30 GB while running Premiere Pro, even with the maximum allowed RAM set to 36 GB in the settings.
  3. Budget (including currency): up to 1,200 Euro Country: Germany Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Valorant, Minecraft My current build: - Ryzen 7 5800X - MSI MPG X570 GAMING EDGE WIFI - VENGEANCE® LPX 2x32GB (3200MHz) - MSI 3070 GAMING X TRIO - Samsung 980 Pro 1TB (Main SSD) - Crucial MX500 2 TB - Toshiba 2TB HDD - STRAIGHT POWER 11 850W - NZXZ H510 Elite I'm thinking of upgrading my PC to handle my work stuff better and do a little gaming on the side (Valorant and Minecraft). I spend most of my time in Premiere Pro and Photoshop, but I really want to start working with After Effects aswell. My projects usually stick to 1080p, but sometimes I work with 4k footage. I'm not sure where to spend my cash for upgrades. Should I beef up my CPU, motherboard, and RAM to improve overall performance? Or should I invest into a better GPU like a 4070Ti or even a 4080 Super? Oh, and in case it helps with the decision-making, my main display is the Odyssey OLED G8. (3440x1440p)
  4. I used the latest non Beta version 7C37v1C it was released 2020-11-04
  5. Hey Guys and Girls of the forum, I bought myself MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge WIFI and I tried to flash it I formatted the USB Stick to FAT32 and move in the BIOS File and renamed it to MSI.ROM as instructed I pressed the BIOS Flash Button with the USB Stick in the slot and it started blinking after a while it the motherboard reset and I waited 5 minutes to be sure it was done. I tried starting it and now it wont post the CPU Fan and Spin and the board seems to light up properly but i get no signal (I got the DP cable plugged into my GPU) The LED just stayed red and didnt turn off is that normal? Do I have to flash it without any parts in the board (CPU,GPU,RAM,SSD), because I didn't notice at first that I had to flash my BIOS. Thanks in advance!
  6. I bought myself an Samsung C27JG50 recently and hooked it up to my PC, but strangely enough it turns of every few minutes for like 2 or 3 seconds, I am using it with a HDMI cable and turned it up to 1440p/144Hz, should I rather use a Displayport cable?
  7. Hey Guys and Girls, I bought myself a ZBook 15 G2 a few months ago for school, cause I got a good deal from my uncle. It sounded pretty nice with its i7-4810MQ and Quadro K2100M, and it works perectly fine while using office apps, watching movies and browsing the web. However I tried to download some light Games like MTG Arena,Hollow Knight and Minecraft but the Temps and the Noise level were insanly high. For example in MTG Arena the CPU goes up to 90-95 °C and the fans go to like 65-70% which is louder than a normal conversation. Is this kind of Heat/Noise normal or do I have a problem with my laptop? Btw. turning the GPU off increases the CPU Temps even higher but the fans are a little less noisy. (I used the programm Notebook FanControl to look but Temps/Fan speeds) Thanks in advance, Markus
  8. Hey Guys, I just bought myself a used HP Z-Book G2 for school, but after starting it for the first time I noticed the fans are extremly loud and turbo up the whole time for no reason. Is there anything how I can improve the noise cause I cant use it in class this way it would be to noisy. Thanks in advance!
  9. Hey Guys, I am doing a Setup upgrade for my friends Pc he has an prebuilt HP PC and I wondered is the HP PCE018 powersupply in the PC a standart suze Powersupply? So can I change it with an Be Quiet! Pure Power 500W? Thanks in advance!
  10. Hey Guys, I bought myself some Bluetooth Headphones and an Bluetooth Adapter [Asus USB-BT400]. But since I am using them my Internet connection is getting unstable to the point where I have 200+ Ping or have no Signal every few minutes I get my Internet connection via Ethernetcable from an Repeater in my room [Maybe the bluetooth signal is disrupting it?] Thanks in advance!
  11. Hey Guys! I am currently upgrading my Rig and i thought about buying an 8700 (Mostly Gaming with a little bit of Video Editing and Streaming) But when I was looking for a Motherboard I didnt know what to choose because with an non K Processor I am not in need of an Z370 but still they have some nice Features (like RAM overclocking, etc.) and are only about 10€ more expensive then a H370 or B360 Board. I am currently thinking about these 3 Boards MSI B360 Gaming Plus ~ 98€ MSI H370 Gaming Plus ~ 103€ MSI Z370 Gaming Plus ~ 112€ I know it is always the same Board with another Chipset but I like the Design and Features MSI provides
  12. Which Test or Programm should I use?
