  1. I was looking something similar to this: But maybe a bit louder on the clicks.
  2. Thank you for the response! I am looking more for the clicky sounds though. I am unsure how to describe it, but the louder switches have always interested me more. Definitely looking into that website you mentioned as well!
  3. Hiya, I am looking to build a custom keyboard soon, but I am not entirely knowledgeable about the subject yet. I will do my research prior to building one, but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for keyboard parts that'd be clicky, yet maybe a bit "smooth" or "creamy"? Not entirely sure. Thank you!
  4. Honestly, not entirely sure if this is the right place to ask this to begin with, so I apologize if it's not. Hey! I am currently trying to liven up my room a bit since it's just very boring. There's not much going for it and honestly looks a bit depressing LMFAO. It's approximately an 11x11 room and I can't really put LED lights on the top wall (Recently hurt my foot pretty badly, so climbing for now is a no go for now). Does anyone have any suggestions for things I can add to my room that can liven it up? Such as LED lights or anything else in the meanwhile? Budget isn't really too much of an issue, but not entirely looking to spend hundreds of dollars on light panels (Looking at you, Govee...). Thanks!
  5. Thank you all for the replies! I'll definitely check out the suggested coolers as well as that video.
  6. Hello, I was wondering what the suggested cooler for the Ryzen 5 7600 would be. I'm currently running its default stock cooler (Wraith Stealth), but it idles at around 55C-60C and jumps immediately to 90-95C (I am basing this off Ryzen Master) while playing games such as Valorant (On the lowest settings) and really heats up my room. The GPU is running at about 35c-40c, even while under load in games and overclocked for comparison. The temperature in my room isn't hot by any means at all either when my PC is off. It's actually pretty cool (Low-Mid 70F/20C).
  7. Just to give some quick context: I have a Focusrite Solo 3rd Gen Interface I have a Blue Spark SL XLR Microphone Whenever I do anything, such as talking, typing, or whatnot there's so much static background noise (Kind of like a buzzing) and I am unsure of how to fix it so it's not consistently like that. If I lower my gain, it helps a bit, but I also get significantly quieter (Mind you, I only turn the gain nob to around 40%-50%). What can I do to help my voice be clear, yet also remove as much static background noise as possible? I do use VoiceMeter Banana and use "Noise Gate" to help cut off my microphone when there's no talking or whatnot occurring, but it's not 100%. Sometimes it just forever creates that buzzing noise and the noise gate cannot seem to stop it, so I need to force it to stop.
  8. Basically, as the title says. To give some more information: My table is attached to the wall, so I cannot hook anything to the back of my table as it's attached to my wall, nor can the right side of the table attach to anything as it's also attached to the wall. The only free space is my left side of my table which is wide open for anything as well as the front of my table. The table itself is pretty long. I'd say approximately 6-8 feet (I do not exactly recall). I enjoy sitting in the center of my table. Does anyone know of any good monitor arms/mounts (Don't know the proper name) that could possibly sustain 2 monitors and adjust to that length? I don't mind moving my sitting position either if needed to be closer to the left side of my table. I just want something that will allow my monitors to comfortably free float. Thank you! Edit: Drilling isn't an issue either. It's a literal plank of wood I found at Home Depot and used as a table. I planned on drilling a few holes for cable management as it is, so if you know a mount that also allows for that, I am all ears.
  9. Apologies for the delayed response. Anything above 1803 (This includes 1809) has issues. 1709 and below (Including Windows 7) work just fine. The problem behind it is not everyone can downgrade to 1709 (I can, but others can't as maybe it's not their computer, but their parents as an example). That's why I am trying to find a solution that'd work for everyone hopefully.
  10. Sadly, it did not help. At least not game-wise. Really helped with boot times and just overall performance/quality of life though!
  11. I'll sum this up to keep it short and simple: I play an Asian-based game on Windows 10 (Absolute latest version). I and many others have been reporting frequent game hangings on Windows versions 1803 and above (1709 and below have no issues, this also includes Windows 7 having no issues). The issue doesn't seem to fall back to the CPU, or GPU, but rather the IO. All drivers are as up to date as they can be. I've tried paging (Which did nothing to help), disabling Windows Defender (Which did significantly help, but the game still frequently stutters/hangs for about a second or 2 every minute). Changing locales didn't help either, nor has it seemed to help others. The game works on the default US locale as it is anyways as the game does have fallback support to support for the English language and code-page. During times where the game hangs the computer is still responsive, but the actual game freezes. Merely looking at Task Manager on the "Performance" section for my SSD shows it spiking and then normalizing after it stops hanging. Basically: I tried the most typical solutions that Google has to offer for resolving the issue (Disabling Windows Defender, paging file, doing some commands in command prompt that does lord knows what, locale changing, etc.) Would anyone have an idea as to why this may be happening?
  12. I completely forgot to mention that one of my friends tried Locale Emulator (https://xupefei.github.io/Locale-Emulator/) and stated that it worked for him. When I tried it, it didn't change a thing aside from the login menu while for him it changed everything and ran just fine.
  13. Hi, so I had a quick question. Recently I've been messing around with an Asian-based game and the font always seems to default to Arial Unicode MS. The problem behind that is the game doesn't support it that well at all, thus causing stuttering every so often. Its original font seems to be JhengHei (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/typography/font-list/microsoft-jhenghei). I believe it also uses SomaM. I asked a few of my friends who play the same game as me (Some been playing for ages) they said that Windows 7 mostly didn't have this issue and supported it just fine out of the box. According to 2 people their Windows 10 works just fine and displays its original font out of the box as well. Whenever I, or my friend tries to play it, it keeps defaulting to Arial Unicode MS (Yes, changing system locale didn't work, nor did adding the language packs either. Tried doing both at the same time as well, no luck. It was the correct locale and pack as well). Would there be any reason behind this, or an alternative fix that would work? Edit: Windows shows the fonts is installed and I do not have "Hide fonts based off language settings" ticked.
  14. So recently I've been tinkering with a Korean-based game's source code (It was made public after its shutdown). What I noticed is whenever I launch the game utilizing my default region (United states) the game would frequently stutter every X amount of time (Meaning like lets say after a minute the game would freeze for a second or 2 and resume as normal. This would happen each time). If I change my computer's region to Korea though, it completely fixes all the issues and I have an enjoyable lag-free experience. Would this be due to different Unicode formats, or because of fonts? It's just weird to me that the game would work just fine under a different region, though not where I am from. Edit: The game is made in C++ utilizing multiple libraries.
  15. Hi, I am looking for actual good quality lesser known wireless gaming mouses. I've gone through Logitech, Corsair, etc. for mouses and honestly, I am just not a fan of the quality. I've seen a few like Glorious and whatnot, but they don't have wireless mouses from what I could tell. I want it to fit the white aesthetic of my Ducky keyboard, but either I am blind or it's kind of hard to come by (Not that experienced with mouses)? If anyone has any suggestions, that'd be great!
