its cibox monitor and im on 640x480 resolution right now if i change it it will go black

i bought new gpu rx 560 and install new windows 7 and when i install gpu driver screen goes black and it sais "Signal bicht im breich" and every time i restart pc this showes up i did go to f8 and start pc at low resolution but if i change resolution screen will go black i tried on diffrent monitor and works fine

I installed graphic card driver and after i restarted pc it sais "Signal nicht im bereicht" and i cant do anything i did go to safe mode and uninstalled graphic card driver and than its all fine Gpu:Amd radeon hd 5570 1gb ddr3

But can it like run normal like can i be on my pc whitout any system crashes or something like that?
