I built a pc in November and it's great. I built it using the build that Linus suggested for the 2016 budget build. I see people with seemingly worse specs than me who can run games way better than me. When I play games like gta v and H1z1 my frames constantly dip below 60fps. So now to my questions. Why am I getting such low frames and will overclocking my gpu and CPU help. If so, what's the best way to do so? These are my specs. I also have 2 gpus that I own to choose from, one of which I'm keeping. I have a rx480 and a 1050ti (single fan)
