i dont see a command line option, i just get : Disable Open file location (greyed out) Search online Properties (greyed out) @ZothOmmog

No ive not noticed any new programs. https://gyazo.com/ded6c70360e9da5b024385ce183a7988 those are my start up programs, the only one im not sure of is the one called "Program"?

I recently played around with geforce experiences recording system but i had the problems before that. other than that none of the programmes should have changed their setting in anyway, as geforce experience handles the drivers and game optimisation which I dont use and razer synapse just handles my mouse, and discord is for talking to people, as for Overwatch i dont think its had any graphical updates recently. Im just confused as I can run Star Wars Battlefront 2015 on ultra without the same issues.

OH I also thought i should mention ive had to go down from high graphical setting to low, just to make sure the fps drop isn't that bad.

I've noticed that my CPU is under almost 100% load and I keep getting huge drops in performance in Overwatch, I don't think its down to temperatures as my GPU tends to run at about 52'c and my CPU at 60'c, its only started happening recently but its really starting to really impact my game play. Only Programmes I have running in the background is Razer Synapse, Discord and Nvidia GeForce Experience and nothing changes when i close them.
