Would it be easier just to buy a mobo that doesnt need a bios update?

Will that psu be trustworthy? Ive never heard much about be quiets psu's and where will i get the bios update for the mobo

Im planning on building a pc soon but dont really have room in my budget to spend £90 for an os and was wondering what the cheaper alternatives are. I know i can torrent it and then crack it but i wouldnt even know where to start when it came to that. So if you know of any third party retailers that i can get it from feel free to let me know!
