  1. sadly it did not, I actually ended up making a new thread as I went pretty into details about the situation and what I have tried. Thank you for the help still! If you would like to follow along with this the new thread can be found at
  2. Just tried going through DVI, did not work. Sorry to bring ya bad news!
  3. I believe cables are all correctly placed (provided pictures just incase)
  4. No beeps, not getting any flashing led's for error codes..... only leds are the aesthetic led's
  5. Have not gotten into BIOS or been able to check boot order because there is no display sadly ;(
  6. Also I've researched it and Ryzen has a longer boot period (From what ive been told/read) So ive been waiting 10 minutes or so when changing configurations in the build
  7. Hi guys and gals, (This is my last post promise) I am building a PC for a buddy, long story short put everything together... no boot. The build is... CPU: Ryzen 1600 GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 *** note these fans do not spin (Attempted to put in a 100% WORKING MSI Gaming 1060) *** note these fans do spin PSU: EVGA 600 w Bronze Certified Case: NZXT s340 RAM: 8g single stick Ballistix in the second slot (as motherboard states) Motherboard: Asus Prime B350-PLUS Fans: check CPU Cooler: check And finally a SSD Okay so I have tried booting this thing a couple times now with no luck. So far I have tried unplugging everything and then only plugging in the essentials for a boot, no luck. I have fully assembled the PC, no luck. Now here is the interesting part, I brought my computer up to try to figure it out. So long story short I took my Graphics card out and put it in his computer. My graphics card would now spin fans but still nothing on the monitor (I know this GPU works) I also tried his GPU in my computer (no resets or anything in bios, I'm not sure if that needed or not) However long story short his GPU did not work in my build minutes after my Graphics card was running fine. So at this point I'm not sure what the problem is. His computer is turning on, case fans are spinning, CPU cooler is spinning, no beeps, the led's on the motherboard are lighting up. At this point I'm not sure what I can even do for diagnosis, anything would help! (I am going to post this so if theres something obvious to try I can tell, but will be adding picture shortly)
  8. Nothing displays to monitor, I was under to impression I had to load up bios for something to come up. Is that not the case?
  9. Also I have double, triple, and quadruple checked the USB 3.0 wires making sure it was plugged into the USB 3.0 port on the motherboard
  10. Hello, I am building a PC for a buddy, I got everything hooked up and ready to just jump into BIOS, when none of the USB ports will work. This build is as follows... Ryzen 1600 NZXT s340 case Asus B350-prime EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 650 w EVGA powersupply Wraith CPU cooler a 500g SSD A couple case fans (I think that would be all) I am no expert in building PC's so any help would be greatly appreciated. This is only my third computer build !!! Thank you for any suggestions !!!!!
