I would like to buy a laptop and I have a 1700€ budget. I would use it for gaming and programing. Which one should I get?

I don't really know I just like the feel of chrome. First I will try to do a system restore then I will see about the fresh OS install.

My firefox is messed up (for different reasons) and I don't like it.

Yesterday I decided to make my computer run a little faster, so I went to services (win+r and type services.msc) and disabled some stuff. After that my chrome stopped working. I tried enabling those things back again but it still doesn't work!! I even reinstalled it and it still does not work. IE and Firefox work fine but opera does not work.

I live in Slovenia and was wondering if there are any stores like free geek in Slovenia. Do you guys know any?
