    I had a 1080 FTW, that ran hot and loud too. 81c at 90% fan speed which is 3000rpm. Airflow wasn't a problem either. I ended up returning it. Thermal paste most likely wasn't applied correctly, probably the same for you.

    So prey specifically advertised vega. Chances are that game will come out and we won't know anything that we haven't already known for months, much less the card be available.

    I agree, it's just people talk about vega they are generally talking about the big one. 
     
    Big vega needs to compete with 1080ti anything else and i'd consider it a failure.

    Chances are in the majority of games by the time the 4gb on the 480 is used up the 470 will be struggling anyway.
