  1. They are both bone stock and I found it was the GPU since when it happens everything keeps working in the background like audio but it will stop displaying anything for a bit and I can hear the fans go back to their default speed for a bit until it can display again and get my fan curve back
  2. In the past few weeks my RX 480 has started to crash when gaming, I'd get a few minutes into a game, and no matter what the game is, the GPU will crash and sometimes it's enough where I have to hard reset the computer, but I've noticed it's not a power issue as it can run under full load on a stress test no problem, it never even blinks when doing it, I've already tried reinstalling Windows and the AMD drivers and it still will only crash if I'm playing a game. It also does not matter if it's on stock speeds or under-clocked, it will still crash in games Any tips, at this point besides just that the GPU is dying I have no other guesses so anything is welcome
  3. So I went to play Driver San Francisco today and when I try to start it my screen goes black for a sec and then flashes "Input Not Supported" on the screen for a moment before the game completely crashes.
  4. I have tried clearing the CMOS and I even got a new battery since it was a used motherboard and nothing, I also tried overclocking in AI Suite and no matter what settings I try when I do it in AI Suite the CPU will not go past the base 3.9GHz and is real hesitant to go past 3.9 even when overclocking in the bios
  5. No, It's always hung at around 58 Celsius which is 11 degrees below the TJ max for my CPU, everything is the same it's always been but no all of a sudden i'm having these problems
  6. No, It's always hung at around 58 Celsius which is 11 degrees below the TJ max for my CPU, everything is the same it's always been but no all of a sudden i'm having these problems
  7. So I started to notice when ever I overclock my CPU anymore the system slows down and I have USB issues and internet issues, this overclock has been stable for me for the past 2 years and now all of a sudden I can't give it any overclock or these issues start happening, any thoughts?
  8. So lately I have been having problems with losing power to my USB ports at random and using the internet on this computer is awful, everything takes forever and when i'm in games it says my ping is the normal 30ish or so but everyone is warping around and it's literally unplayable, I have tried using my Ethernet port and my wireless dongle but it still has problems
  9. My PSU is a Corsair CX600M(The old green ones) and for the most part I used AI suite to do the overclock so I could adjust it on the fly or turn off the overclock but after I have started to have problems I tried to overclock it in the BIOs but it didn't work
  10. I'm using a asus m5a97 r2.0, i've tired doing it in the BIOs and using their AI suite but both of them don't work and I have used the overclock for months now with now problems but it started doing this now along with the USB power problem
  11. So as of late my PC has been having issues, they include things such as the overclock on my FX-4300 not changing, not matter what I change it to, it always just clocks up to 3.9GHz and never higher even if it's being stressed and I have been randomly losing power to stuff like my USB keyboard and mouse, any thoughts?
  12. Asus has AI Suite that lets you overclock while you're in windows and from experience it's pretty good, you will have to reapply the overclock every time you restart the PC though
  13. I'm getting a new PSU as the fan on this one is faultily and corsair would not replace it even though it was still in the warranty and I won't be getting an SSD anytime soon since my 2TB HDD(Which is my boot drive)has about 1.6TB worth of stuff on it and about 1TB of it being steam games and I don't feel like wiping the HDD and reinstalling all the games as for a 40GB game or so it takes around 2-3 days to complete
