In the settings the battery saving features only activate when its below 20% of charge. And there aren't any other battery saving apps running. I've made sure the graphical settings are appropriate and v-sync is off.

But the strange thing is that the fans never gets loud so i think its not performing at its fullest.

There is a small Nvidia branded utility app that says my 1050ti is under load due to overwatch.
