I would most likely spend the majority of your budget on a top notch processor since it's harder to upgrade that if you wanted to in the future. I would recommend a starter of GTX 1050 or 1050 TI. It will be easier to upgrade the graphics card since it's like inserting RAM but with a few screws. The processor like mentioned above, is much harder. But it's your descion so use this as a starter.
