So I currently have 8x1 gb of hyperx fury blue ddr3 ram and my mobo supports 16gb max. So I bought another ram stick same make and model and brand. Now it doesnt boot up. I need your help, thanks!

if i get a graphics card do i plug my monitor to the graphics card or still in the IO port?
