But yes, you should be fine doing that. As @DatTestBench said, it may not provide enough power for fast charging though.

You don't need to use the key if you're reinstalling on the same computer. It activates automatically.

You can max them out and OC to brim to see what your maximum OC is.
These are basically pumping more electricity to your graphic card to allow higher overclock in exchange for higher temperatures, but STRIX will probably not get much hotter.

Im pretty sure everyone else basically covered it, but basically...
Open up computer case. Locate back access ports. There are metal plates covering the hole where your graphics card's ports will be on the back of the unit. Remove one or two plates depending on your card. Your card will likely be large enough to require two slots. Simply lower the card down into the slot, lining up the ports with the back. The card should "snap" into place. There will be ports on the card for power. Likely a 6 pin and possibly an additional 4 pin. Connect power. -

Also, after you install the GPU, the resolution will look wonky untill you install the correct drivers.
games will also not work untill you download the correct drivers.
just search up ""nvidia drivers"" to find nvidia's website where you download the drivers

well as far as software goes you will have to go to nvidias website after installing the card and install the newest drivers.
