I forgot to mention that I did clear the CMOS by jumping it. I will try to boot it without any storage installed. It’s just so weird since it worked and then I had and update and bam it stopped.

Then it should be fine for a 1050 Ti. If you ever want to upgrade the GPU in the future remember to buy a new PSU and a 24 pin to 8 pin adapter.

What is your budget?

I got it working! I uninstalled and reinstalled the windows media from my usb and took out the cmo's battery once, because I couldnt get back into my bios. Not sure which of these fixed it but it is working now. Thank you all for your suggestions.

I forgot to plug in the 8-pin CPU connector and was wondering for hours why my PC wouldn't turn on. I also installed incompatible RAM and had a ton of BSoDs. So my advice to you is make sure you plug in both the 24-pin connector and 8-pin connector as well as have compatible RAM.

What's the price difference between the 550i and the 750i?

That is entirely up to you. Do you like the case? Is the case worth $55 to you? Can you live without the bottom filter and GPU holding bracket? You can easily buy both of these things for cheap.

Good can still mean overkill. A good 500-550w psu like the RM550X would already be more than enough.

The speed doesn't matter. You have to check the module number on the RAM and make sure it's listed on the QVL. If not then you will have tons of problems. The only thing you can do is buy new RAM that is on the QVL.

I had a similar problem when I built my PC with a R5 2400G and it was the RAM. Make sure to heck the QVL on the motherboard's support page on the manufacturers website. Not saying that will solve your problem but it's worth a check.

Single 2080Ti because to my knowledge SLI isn't really supported as much anymore but I may be wrong.

Either that or scratch the idea of streaming. 

The R5 2400G is more expensive, in an ideal world I would recommend the OP to raise the budget for a 2400G but I don't think this is possible in this case.
