  1. @KhakiHat I tried doing it without any drives installed and it still is stuck in boot loop. I noticed that there are red lights on the motherboard that show CPU and DRAM. I assume that’s what’s causing the PC not to post. Most likely the CPU but who knows at this point. Probably just gonna replace the CPU and return the AIO as I have another cooler that I found. If that isn’t it then I’ll try a new PSU. The endless cycle of troubleshooting is annoying.
  2. I forgot to mention that I did clear the CMOS by jumping it. I will try to boot it without any storage installed. It’s just so weird since it worked and then I had and update and bam it stopped.
  3. So a few weeks ago my PC stopped working. It would turn on and freeze at the motherboard logo. I was unable to access the BIOS. After some troubleshooting, I figured out it was the motherboard that went out. I bought new RAM, new CPU cooler, and a new motherboard and after putting it all together it booted up. I was on Discord talking to my friend for about 10 or so minutes and then I shut the computer down so I could plug in the ARGB cable for my fans and cooler. I shut it down and it had a Windows 10 update. After the update it shut down and I tried turning it back on even before I plugged in the ARGB cable and then it just went into a constant boot loop. It powers up for about 20 seconds then turns off. No display, no post. Keyboard doesn’t even light up. I tired reseating everything and still is in a boot loop. I literally do not know what it could be. My friend said that maybe the CPU was fried if the AIO pump wasn’t working but I have it plugged in correctly plus I was on my PC for 10+ minutes before this issue happened. Any suggestions or thoughts on what it could be? Maybe just a broken Windows update?
  4. Does the PC power up when you use the new PSU with the old GPU? If not, it could just be some weird incompatibly with the Mobo but I'm not entirely sure if that's a possibility.
  5. The PSU is only about a little over two years old so it probably isn't that. They did just move into a college dorm and they said the issue started after moving. Maybe an issue with the outlet then? And yeah, there's been no BSODs or any crashes. Just a quick stutter/freeze and then everything is back to normal but when they're streaming on Discord it makes the audio cut out and they have to restart the stream. As far as the peripherals go, it's like they've been unplugged and plugged back in, just off and then back on. The thing is that if there's an issue with power delivery, I'm surprised the computer doesn't power down. The frequency is also erratic. Sometimes every few minutes to maybe every 5 or 10 min to even 30 min or so before it happens again. To circle back to the voltage flutter or failing wattage that you suggested, that sounds probable. I'm going to ask them to try a different outlet if possible. Thank you for your input.
  6. Hello, I'm posting this for a friend of mine. Recently, they've been having this issue were their PC freezes/stutters for a second and it causes all of their peripherals to turn off then back on. It also causes them to lose audio temporarily and a buzzing noise in their headphones. I've helped them update all their drivers and repair any system files. They've also ran a virus scan and are clean. The only thing I can assume at this point is a failing piece of hardware. Has anyone ever experienced this before or know of a fix? Thank you.
  7. @TetraSky It worked. I don't know why I didn't think of uninstalling G HUB first. Thanks.
  8. I've been using LGS and I installed G HUB but I don't remember if it forced me to or no. I'm gonna try uninstalling G HUB since LGS forces me to open G HUB.
  9. I want to up my DPI on my G502 but when I open up the Logitech Gaming Software it says that G HUB is supported with my mouse and won't let me do anything but open G HUB. However, G HUB is super basic and doesn't seem to have any features other than labeling my current mouse settings. How can I get G HUB to work?
  10. This issue just started today as I turned my PC on and I can't find a way to fix it. My PC will boot up just fine but then when I get to the login page nothing comes up. It's just a blurry screen. I've tried using F8 to boot into recovery mode but that is not working at all. Does anyone know how to fix this?
  11. He's trying to install Win 10 on it. When he installs Win 10 it will automatically allocate a volume and letter for the drive. For some reason it just won't let him select the drive from the Windows installation menu.
  12. If it shows up in the UEFI then it works. Maybe its not formatted correctly. I'm not completely sure.
  13. Just use the warranty and have them ship a new one.
  14. Try reseating the M.2. If that doesn't work then the device might not work.
