  1. I noticed something weird about half an hour ago... I had been running a Lepa MX-F1 350W PSU in my setup for about 4 years without any issue, until I upgraded to a GTX1050 (non-Ti). The USB ports would constantly disconnect and windows would complain about USB power surges. Odd, but it turned out to be the craptastic PSU wasn't enough anymore. Swapped it out for a Corsair CX550, and boom. USB issues gone! And... GPU usage in game... way down? (Both observations are in Overwatch) Before: 150-180fps 90-100% CPU (Would cause system to stutter at 100%) 80-95% GPU Now: 150-180fps 80-90% CPU 10-25% GPU Would this be expected for getting a PSU that better fit my config..? My setup: AMD FX-6300 @ 3.8GHz EVGA GTX1050 16GB RAM @ 1333Mhz Corsair CX550 Sandisk 120GB SSD WD Blue 1TB (Not that those last few really matter)
  2. Acer* Are you using an HDMI cable or VGA? EDIT: I'll just put my thoughts here now. I've seen the effect you're talking about with lower quality or very long runs of VGA cable. Though, I've only had it happen on 35ft+ VGA cables. Plus, if you can only see it on that test, it should be fine. I'm running DP to VGA, as well as HDMI to VGA adapters and see it on that test, but no where else ever.
