How long exactly have you had it? And has it been stored underneath the fridge? Sounds like the fans are either caked with dirt, or the entire system is. My advice is to take the outer shell off, and check for dust buildup. If its sparkly clean, and it still does it, then the fans are goners. Back up your save files on a thumb drive, and buy a new one. However, you can just replace the fans too. All up to you really.

1080p60 is perfectly fine with me. Maybe in the nest few years when 1440p120 is standard then I'll upgrade. But I got both my monitors for free, so I can't really complain.

To me the mst important thing is how snappy it is. I can easily live with a shit monitor, but as long as the PC can handle it I am fine with it.

We have similar tastes. I rock a 2400, plan on eventually getting a 980 Ti or a 980. I play older games, or not too demanding games, so a 980 would do.

Well if you know your system will produce a large amount of noise, then I'd get the P400S. For me personally, I don't care about noise, so I'd get the P400. Pretty simple lol. I'm into sleeper PC's so I'm still rocking my Gateway DX4860 case and I notice no noise really.

Should be in the Mobo, CPU, and RAM section. But I will say this: It doesn't matter. If they are both the same DDR, and same clock speeds, they will work together, and act like 16gb. However if one is faster than the other, the faster one will downclock to meet the slower ram.

I just upgrade when I feel I need to. Like when I got GTA 5, I couldn't play it too well with my GT640. So I bought a 1050 Ti with Christmas money. Then it was being held back by my i3 2120. So I bought an i5 2400. And I was going to get a GTX 1060 (never did though), so I bought a more powerful PSU. I plan to get it to where I don't have to upgrade my system for several years, as I only really play older games.

First off, no, you did not "ruin your life". Though hopefully you didn't go too far to the point that she would consider it sexual harassment. If she felt sexually harassed or even assaulted, there could be legal consequences for your actions.
 
If you know who the girl is, and she goes to your school, I would approach her politely, and just be honest. Tell her you apologize for what you did. You didn't think through your actions, and you will learn from your mistake, etc.
 
Second: Your friends are goddamn morons, and, really, aren't good friends. Forcing yourself upon another, male or female, is 100% unacceptable in a free society. It's morally wrong to do so. And just because the "down syndrome" kids were "getting some" doesn't mean jack shit. You basically let your friends peer pressure you into almost assaulting someone. Not good.
 
You need to think long and hard about:
1. Whether you can remain friends with people who would tell you to do such a thing, and
2. Why you allowed yourself to do such actions.
 
While they may have some small responsibility for planting the idea, you, and you alone, were the one who decided it was a good idea.
 
With that in mind, we all make mistakes sometimes. If you get the chance, apologize to her. If you know mutual friends, try to get it passed along that you're sorry and wish to apologize in person.
 
But if that's not possible or she doesn't wish to speak to you, then wear your shame and bare it, for you earned it. It'll fade with time.

You need to accept that what you did, you did because you wanted to. Your friends might have given you the idea, but deep down you said "yes, I wanna rub my junk against her ass".
 
Accept that, and then you can move on to properly dealing with the shame you feel. You can attempt to apologize if possible. Otherwise, strive to do better, to be a better person.
