    You can usually pick up a EVGA 1050ti SSC for under 170 at BestBuy (I know most people hate BestBuy). But it's easy and quick. I have one in my second computer, and it never seems to have any issues.

    I got a good 7700k so yes I will be overclocking, once I get my motherboard back (have to rma it if they let me).

    Because to be considered a 4k/60fps card the standard people use is that it can maintain above 60fps at 4k Ultra settings in every modern game.
     
    My 980 can play plenty of games at 4k... just not maxed out. I can even max out a handful of new(ish) games like Rocket League or Mad Max but that doesn't make my card a "4k capable GPU".

    My guess is they will not only be releasing a 1080ti, but also a 1060ti and a 1070ti.
