    Tried frame limiter on and off .In both settings not working. and I did what it said in steam forum.but i have some doubts.Do i have to clear everything in "gta.dat" file and then paste "IMG MODELS\PLAYER.IMG".Hit save. or I just have to paste "IMG MODELS\PLAYER.IMG" with all the text in "gta.dat" file.Hit save.

    this method is not working.i tried.I don't have steam version of gta sa. and what is the logic of trying frame limiter when i m not able to open the game. IT CRASHES.
