  1. Also, if you're selling to try to get the newer model, gamestop has tradein credit that's actually reasonable, and as long as it's working fine a couple aesthetic imperfection's shouldn't bring down the tradein value at all.
  2. No way you could get away with selling it at $280 USD, you can buy a new XL for $200. You could get away with $180 for sure though (if it's a 'new' 3DS XL, probably closer to $160 for an old one).
  3. Exactly, there's so many problems with SLI that it's not worth it imo, since performance is so hit or miss, I'd rather have a single card that I know will work consistently and reliably. You could sell both of your 1070s, which you could probably do at about $400 each, which is more than enough for a 1080 ti founders edition, then you could wait for a slightly more expensive superclocked edition to come out and buy that. At least that's what I would do. Performance might fall short on a couple things, (which we won't know about for sure until we get some more real world benchmarks) but I think it would be a more stable and consistent experience overall.
  4. Logitech makes some good 5.1 speaker set options as well and for fairly cheap, so I'd check amazon. If the software just isn't working even after reinstalling it's probably just broken or has bad compatibility with Windows 10, so there's probably nothing you can do. If you're installing it from a disk you might want to try downloading it online, it might be corrupted. But if you can't get it to work or get sound you're satisfied with from anything you currently have then I'd just go for the Sound Blaster Z, but get it directly from the Creative site (http://us.creative.com/p/sound-blaster/sound-blaster-z) because it's about $20 cheaper there than on Newegg. Also, assuming you want to use your headphones for anything other than gaming, I'd suggest getting some new cans, gaming headsets are usually passable but generally buying some actual headphones will get you much better sound, again, just browsing on amazon for a few minutes will get you several good options for less than $150.
  5. I'm not super knowledgeable but honestly a $60-$100 set of Logitech speakers suffices for that budget. (ie. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0151K2AB0/?tag=pcpapi-20) and unless you have audiophile grade headphones/speakers a new sound card won't make a *huge* difference unless the current one is absolute horse shit which I can't attest to. But you know your setup better than me so if you think it's necessary go for it. If not though I'd use the rest of your budget for some Sennheiser headphones (or any other good headphone brand but Sennheiser has a lot of good deals).
  6. I mean yeah that kinda comes with the tablet experience. It isn't meant to replace a desktop computer, its meant to let you do some of the things you'd do on a desktop on the go.
  7. I'm going to upgrade my monitor this week, and I found a great deal on a 24" 75 hz 1080p monitor. However; the page cites that it's a "console gaming monitor", does this have any significance in regards to quality, or is it just pandering?
