Remember when Linus compared those two identical cards, one heavily used and the other in box new. I think the same things in that video apply to this situation.
Even if you ignore the D-Links beefyer specs, I would still pick them for brand-name trust. I've used d-link gear for most of my connectivity needs and it has never failed me. In fact, the only router I've ever had fail me was my isp's jank router.
