Dark Manor's Achievements

  1. I think 250GB is more than enough for a boot drive and some light game storage. There is a 3TB HDD included. A bigger ssd is far from a necessity .
  2. Most cables should be included. As for clearance, you can always move the outer fan or even remove it. The picture shows it with some ram installed.
  3. Shit man, beat me to it. I had a really similar build I was about to post.
  4. You could even slot in a 1050Ti if funds are really tight, though it might still be hurting your potential.
  5. I've found this: https://www.amazon.com/KabelDirekt-Pro-Stereo-Splitter-Headphones/dp/B00GN76HAG/ref=sr_1_6?s=musical-instruments&ie=UTF8&qid=1532058312&sr=1-6&keywords=3.5mm+splitter Use it if you can but I think that this: is a better thing to try.
  6. No idea. Can you tell me what interface the microphones use? usb, xlr, etc.
  7. Try lowering the refresh rate. Some monitors can't hit their peak refresh rates at their native resolution. You can do this in nVidia control panel.
  8. Remember when Linus compared those two identical cards, one heavily used and the other in box new. I think the same things in that video apply to this situation.
  9. What kind of mics. And might I ask what the second mic is meant to accomplish?
  10. I would have to take back a mobo from someone in another state. I'll just buy a $12 key online next time, cheaper than shipping. Lol.
  11. Even if you ignore the D-Links beefyer specs, I would still pick them for brand-name trust. I've used d-link gear for most of my connectivity needs and it has never failed me. In fact, the only router I've ever had fail me was my isp's jank router.
  12. I didn't know that. I could have saved a good 20 or 30 dollars if I had. Thanks.
  13. You can try audacity, but it's all post-recording and time consuming. If you would tell me your purpose I might be able to suggest something specific.
