Is it the most up to date BIOS? It also looks like, judging by the asterisk on the website, it might not be ready. -
I'd go with the Pro for the high refresh rate alone. Makes a massive difference, at least to me. As for storage, only you can really answer that. Look at the app sizes you use, the amount of additional space you need, and add a slight buffer. No one knows your usage better than you. I wouldn't worry about longevity. They'll both last about the same.

Find me a drive that says a different value. Example: 870 EVO SATA is 600tbw, 970 EVO NVME is 600tbw. No difference. The NVME drive is even a newer generation. Also, that number is simply for their warranty purposes. Drives generally have no problem far exceeding that, into the pb's.

Almost anything is reliable when you keep up with maintenance. Thats why we never complain in Germany about German reliability, while everyone in the US is crying about it.

Check out the LTT SSD tier list. It's pretty helpful. Virtually no difference in load times. Might change in the future if direct storage (or whatever it's called) takes off, but by then you'd probably need/want an upgrade anyway. I like m.2 drives for their easier install; no cabling to worry about. Have any proof that their lifespan is shorter? I haven't seen anything that states that.

You've given us literally nothing to go on. You didn't state the size you want, switches, mechanical vs other, etc etc. If you're going to ask a question like this, you really need to be more specific about what you're looking for. Also, have a more specific question; right now it just looks like you're lazy and want others to do your work for you. Welcome to the forum.

Use PCPartPicker. Loads of choices. Then pick the ones that catch your eye and check out their reviews on RTings, buy the best one that's the price you like.

Used items are best looked for yourself. Asking others to put in that kind of work for you is a little ridiculous.

Look up reviews on RTings, and go with the one that has the highest rating. I don't think you'd really notice a difference between the ones you've selected, so just pick the one that best fits your budget. Don't buy a monitor if you're going to be charged a high interest rate. Just save and buy something used.

Why would you spend a ton on the tower, and so little on the thing you use to interact with it? Monitor should be higher on the priority list. Personally I'd grab a used 2080Ti off of eBay, they can be had pretty cheap with a little waiting. Welcome to the forum.
