For a long time it seemed like high refresh rate was mutually exclusive with a screen that looked good enough you'd actually want to use it, but over the last year or two it feels like we've seen an explosion of fast and beautiful displays out of no where and it really has my hopes up that something better might eventually replace 60 Hz as the new baseline across the board.
