  1. Sorry for your tech desert, Norwegians. At least you can still import from other countries, just at a higher cost.
  2. Oh that's not bad. Lenovo makes a light version of the Legion if you liked that, Dell XPS laptops are fairly light in the 14" version.
  3. Isn't there a known over supply? So that's not really price fixing, it's just returning to normal.
  4. I think this can be boiled down to: You didn't give them any money, so they don't owe you any support. You are not their customer. It's common sense that you won't have coverage if you buy items used. You got a deal, and anything that happens after that is on you, not the manufacturer. It's unfortunate that it bricked your mouse, but that's why there's a warranty. Shit happens. It's not like it's a widespread issue. If it was, and every mouse was bricking, then perhaps you'd have more of a leg to stand on.
  5. What weight are you targeting? What's light to some is heavy to others. What GPU are you ok with? Gaming on the go is going to take a weight penalty no matter how you cut it.
  6. Any gas piston one should be good. I had a Vivo one and loved it. Just look at their weight limits and pick the one with the highest capacity.
  7. While I don't think their service is great in terms of value, and I don't think they'd gain a ton of business from the ad campaign...I don't see why it's an issue to take the money they're offering. Someone might find more value in it. How long did she use it for? My gf had pretty good success, but with something like this not every scent is going to be for every person. You'll never get a 100% enjoyment rate. There's lots of people that wouldn't mind getting some new cologne. This is a decent way to check out scents if you only sub for a few months. Beats buying bottles and trying it out that way. Also, I don't think it really matters... Hmmm I agree with most of what you said about the company, but putting a warning about not using it in public spaces is...a bit much. I can totally sympathize about how scents can affect you like that, however the masses shouldn't be restricted by very small fractions of the population. It's kind of like saying people shouldn't eat peanut butter in public. The FTC stuff you linked seems to be for future hearings. Not really relevant to anything before that. At least their cancellation system is easier than Amazons I think it depends on the CS rep you get...same as most places. My GF didn't realize she was still subscribed, and they gave her a full refund. Granted this was before they shipped the product, so if someone's trying to cancel after they shipped the product, well it's just common sense that they'd be SOL.
  8. It should still include duties, which I imagine is most of the cost. No idea, I imagine they would, or if you paid with a credit card, VISA would.
  9. Ooof, that's quite a bit. I mean, ultimately it's still about what you'd have paid for the items without the discount, but still. A lot of customs fees aren't taxes. They're brokerage and duty. Different things. Up to you, but if you're uncomfortable waiting to see if they'll help you, just return the package. Only real option you have.
  10. What's the price difference between the two? If it's not that much and you want the items, then just accept the shipment and hope that the CS team will do you right. You got them cheap (compared to original). If you're uneasy with that, just have the package sent back. Not sure if they'd honor the price and reship it to you though. Country of origin is the country it's manufactured in.
  11. Looks like they invoiced it for the regular price and not the price you paid. The only real way around this is for them to reimburse you the difference, or pay all the extra shipping costs to get it back to them. You need to quote or tag people if you're replying to them, otherwise they won't see what you've written. Country of origin, currency of transaction. Pretty sure that's where they make their garments.
  12. I'm very excited about all of these phones with greater than 5,000mah batteries coming out 🤤

  13. Absolutely needs to be locked away. He's done several large hacks and is easily persuaded by his "peers"; it'll only escalate into things far more serious then a simple game breach. Very smart individual in some aspects, clearly, but unfortunately not really fit to roam on his own. I'd almost guarantee the British military or intelligence sevice employs him or his services in some regard. Which I think would be a far better outcome for all parties involved. Seems perfectly fitting IMO. He's an extreme risk to the public. You can be a genius and still be unfit to stand trial. They might have had other stuff planned to go with the trailer launch that was ruined, contracts with other companies, etc. There is most definitely financial consequences that go along with things like this.

why does the market do this to me in the last h…

Still considerably higher than it was a year ago

      This hurts my head.

  16. I get it. Makes perfect sense. Por sites have comment sections, you can DM users, etc. It's the same thing as a social media network. It's the porn sites own doing, they'd be fine if they didn't have all the chatting aspects. I'm currently playing with the idea of making a couple of AI generated OnlyFans models. Apparently with a little work you can make quite the pretty penny.
  17. I guess you can't read eh? As with most things in life, it's all in the details. I'm actually not a Linus fan boi, I don't even really watch their videos. But go off sis.
  18. This is entirely on you. You can't expect a small company to fulfill an order like this on such short notice, especially since the carriers are also swamped at this time and can lead to even further delays. This isn't new, this happens every year at this time; you should have been more prepared and planned ahead. This is especially true if you don't live in Canada and it has to go through a border. Business days. Anything like this is always in business days. That's also delivery time and doesn't include processing time, which can take an extra day or two depending on how busy their fulfillment provider is. This is really a case of you, the customer, being unprepared, and uneducated on the way things work. If you're disappointed, at least partial blame is on you.
  19. First month of 0 days off down. 17ish more to go.

  20. This is the last thing the world needs. You thought dev crunch time was bad before...
  21. 1. The battery in the iPhone 13 Mini is minuscule; about half the size of most phones these days. You could buy the Apple charger, but why? It's quite slow and there are plenty of chargers that are cheaper that offer greater performance. You need a larger wattage charger if you want to run the laptop plugged in. If it's not rated high enough, you'll simply drain the battery. 2. Magsafe is safer. If someone knocks your laptop it's not going to be affected by the cord. 3. Apple isn't the only one to use USB C; in fact they were one of the last. Probably wouldn't make sense. You'd have to check the charge rates your devices accept and decide from there.
  22. Amazon customer service has really gone downhill. Can't even live chat anymore?

Hmmm. Apparently they just hid it under even more menus. Great job Amazon.

  23. Right. Which is the point. And when someone asks about the hoodie, you can say "I got it at LTX." Not everyone has to know about something for it to be special to the person that owns it. It's just a tye dyed shirt. Get over it.
