    Yeah I think it should. But I'd recommend upgrsdig to G Skill Ryzen Ready RAM. It is optimized for ryzen and will overclock better. DDR4 runs at 2133 Mhz stock so you will need to overclock it manually to the 3000 MHz mentioned

    And also dont buy 1800X, the 1700X is 100$ cheaper and can overclock to 4.0 Ghz easily

    Here are some suggestions:
    Get a 6700K.  Basically the same performance, but cheaper Buy a $100 Z170 motherboard.  You're paying a ridiculous amount for nothing new. Get a 240GB SSD for Windows. If you want to overclock, get a better cooler.  I have the Cryorig R1 Ultimate and it's amazing.

    - get an ssd
    - better psu, I recommend g2 or g3
    - that cooler is hideous looking
    - you can get away with a cheaper motherboard

    But the 7th  gen pentiums have 2 cores, 4 threads, similar to i3.
