no and even mid game its only using 18% of my cpu and in task manager it says 0% of my gpu

ive been getting into warzone recently and i feel like i should be getting more frames then i am. i have an i9 9900k and a rtx 2070 16gb of ram currently ive been getting anywhere from 20-80 frames on the lowest settings, i just feel like im not getting what i should be any tips

I just reset the cmos on my motherboard to help fix my computer from a whole bunch of problems all solvexd :). however my mouse stops working randomly only in games though. when im just in windows or chrome or the bios my mouse works fine and never stops moving. ive tried different mice same problem/ ive switched usb ports on my pc they all work fine with my keyboard/mic

thanks for the help guys i figured it out with another post on the forum i ended up having to reset the cmos :)

So now I’m having a different issue I woke up and I’m not getting any display I’ve tried different cables and such but nothing seems to work any advice

I have an intel i9 9900k and a Asus z390 e gaming motherboard

So last night I made a post asking for help with my cpu and mother board luckily somebody replied and said to update bios and do a fresh install of windows which worked. After that I went to bed waiting for my games to download I woke up and I have no video what so ever. Just a black screen. I’ve used different cables and different types of cables but nothing seems to work any advice

So I just bought a new cpu and motherboard ( i9 9900k and an Asus rog z390-e motherboard) and I’ve been having some troubles. So first off the bios is detecting my m.2 drive but it does not show it as a boot option. My second problem is that my Ethernet port is not working, I took my pc to a fix place and they decided that the Ethernet port was dead so I returned it and got a new one sent to me but I’m having the same exact problem.

yea i just checked around a little bit it seems that the vga light stays on which i belive is the graphics card

i just installed a i9 9900k into a new motherboard for my computer(z390-E Gaming from asus) when i turn my pc on it does not get a display i belive i have to flash or do something with the bios but i have no idea how to do it any ideas?

so my rx 580 nitro 8 gb is having some problems. When i am in game (fortnite mostly) but happens in other games such as rust and csgo, everything will be working fine and then something happens and the sky gets all messed up, a yellow hue is added to my screen and it wont load some textures any ideas on how to fix or what is happening? also when i put in a gtx 970 from asus everything works fine so im pretty sure its the graphics card.
