I'm looking to build a cheap gaming PC for my brother. I found a cheap refurbished prebuilt on NewEgg: ( https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883286403&ignorebbr=1&_ga=2.48751398.1622981463.1499749136-2104013238.1495750954 ) and want to take out the i5-4590, 8gb ddr3, Hard drive, motherboard and Windows licence. Then add a 1050, Evga 450w psu and throw it in a mini atx case. My biggest problem is the HP motherboard, that only takes a 6 pin power connector. Can I just use an adaptor? I think for $544 CDN ($421 US) with a Windows 10 Pro licence, this would be great price to performance. Also, is there any other problems I could face?
