    maybe not get a 6 core from amd but a quad core for the same price (then the cores will be faster on it`s own because right now its more about singlecore perf then more core perf in gaming)
    and if it can wait wait for the ryzen  to come out and see the prices, the same goes for vega but we don`t know ANY price yet sooo.

    Bit over budget I guess. if you really cant, then replace the i5 with an i3 6100. That or just wait for ryzen to come out 
     
     This is i3 6100 vs the fx 6300, you can see that the i3 6100 is better than the fx 6300. 
    Reason why I recommended a i5 6500 is because it'll allow you to not have to upgrade for a longer time frame than the i3 6100 will. 
    But- if you can't afford the i5 6500, the i3 6100 is still a better option over the fx 6300
