I did a small test level on UE4 on my HD530 laptop ( I think ) and while in idle, it hovered around 40FPS ( Just a platform and atmospheric fog ) But while putting a lot of things, I did around 20FPS, So I put the settings down where it should be fine, But if 3D compelx models, you will be fine with just a low end card ( might need to put down settings )

If it has the wrong bios, it wont even work at all You can check the website, or ask people who have the board But I would take no risk and get B250

I will just put a answer and resist the urge to tell to wait for ryzen But I think you should get a i5-7600k and a z270 board, IF possible, get ; i5 7500, B250 ( Or H270, what ever is cheaper ) , 16GB of RAM, and a SSD if not already rocking one... No SSD in 2017 is a federal crime
