Usually the edges and corners will be dimmer than the center, it's called vignetting. At the center the value is "zero'. The top-left corner has a value of 13.6. Which is much dimmer than the center.

Your monitor has light bleed at the bottom. Which is a different problem.

Thanks for your answer, I'm pretty sure I will return it.
I have to decide if i should replace it with the same model or wait for the Gigabyte G34WQC, but ther is no ETA here in italy :c

I can only say mine has much less glow than yours. VA panel is also what Samsung uses in their QLED TV(although with better quality control). So in general, VA is fine, as long as you don't get a dud. In this case, I think you get a sub-standard one.

A little bit glow is normal for VA and IPS. But to the point of altering colour is way too much.

Ozozuz got a reaction from DoctorNick in Freesync Fickering with every monitor
I only have when a full-screen-app is running (so in my case only games), but not only during menu or loading screen but in-game too.

Have you noticed that the ficker is only in windows (the actual window of a program). I get the same flicker on my C27HG70 and i run G-sync compability. And usually only visible in game menus and such. I get flickering in programs like Spotify and Discord and in-game menus like BFV and CSGO. Maybe this is just a Samsung issue?

2060 is probably going to be between 1070 and 1070Ti performance and it's not going to be cheaper. I don't see enough value in 2060 if you can get vega56 with freesync for similar price. Go get that vega and stay happy man!  Also as a slight bonus you're going to give AMD some money which means you'll be actively working towards better competition on market!

If you already have an RX 480, keep it.

Vega 56 is an upgrade, no doubt, but it's not earth-shatteringly better. You will probably end up spending a lot of money for a minimal upgrade.

You do play on 1080p monitor, right??
Then OC your rx480 and hold on for a month or so. You probably will have issues in selling games and the premium you pay for Vega is probably in the end not worth Free Sync (you will pull 80+ fps in most titles after your purchase).

Vega56 seems to be the best deal here.

Forget 20 series, as they are the first RTX cards and getting one at a price their performance is worth will be difficult. As for the 2060... I doubt if it will be faster than 1070ti or Vega56. New gen card, but a mid range one.

G603 will suit you well. A higher end sensor in the G403 Wireless but you wont be able to tell a difference, and it does require recharging more regularly although can be used with the cable in. The buttons are separate from the Body on the G403 Wireless also which will give them a nicer feel. Personally I would go for the G403 Wireless just because I play lots of FPS but the G603 is probably the best option for you. Only Consider the G703 if you plan at some point in buying logitechs wireless charging mousepad 'Powerplay' as it is pretty much the same as the G403 wireless barring that functionality (And switches that are rated for 50 million clicks as opposed to 20 million)
Nope, the G603 runs on AA battery's as opposed to an integrated one in the G403 Wireless, and has a uni body shell on top so the buttons are not separate from the shell which pops off to change the battery's. Also a lower end more power efficient sensor (although still a good sensor)

I love my G403, I've never tried the new MX Master but I didn't like the old one (if you have small hands like me, avoid it), AFAIK the G603 is just a G403 without RGB, but I may be wrong about that, and the G703 is only worth it for hardcore gaming and people who don't have time to stop and recharge (so not for you).

Well, with your case there are more pressing matters to consider. Like thermals. And the performance of the reference 480's is not great in this department. The heatsinks are crappy, you will get thermal throttling even in testbench scenario's and they're far from quiet.

I've dabbled with ITX builds quite a bit, and the difference in temperatures can be up to 10 degrees because of the airflow paths. I'm not sure what idiot designed that case, but you're going to want a hybrid or blower-style cooler.

And these differences matter. I agree the 480 is the better card, in a normal case with a aftermarket cooler. Not in a confined space ITX build.

Just realized I gave one of the wrong fans. HP14 for intake.

Noise is reasonable because the fans I chose are good. The stock fans are good. I bought 2 fractal design's venturi fans (black ones) to make it up. GP14 for intake and an HF12 for exhaust.

I get 67c with about 60 - 65% fan speed. Remember MSI has quieter fans than mine.

Temps and noise are good. I average 67c with no OC and 72 - 75 depending on how much I OC. MSI gaming is even quieter than mine so you'll be good.

You need to do the following:
Get another 140mm good static pressure fan at least for intake. Replace the rear exhaust fan. It's a static pressure optimized fan which means it's not good at removing large volumes of air quickly. When was still using my 390, my temps dropped by 10c just by changing the fan to an air flow optimized fan.  You could use the stock 120mm fan that you take out as bottom intake. That's what I did.

Are you the same guy who made the post on reddit? I'll repeat my answer. Get the MSI gaming. It's still miles better than the reference in that case.
