  1. Imagine the rads you would need to put in your rig to use this kind of psu without fan in full load... The watercooling solution is for mid-low load (600w)
  2. This is an awesome product ! Any int about the price tag ?
  3. By default on all Asus MOBO I used the iGPU was always deactivated when the discrete GPU was plugged. Anyway, the OP should check his connection has @nerdslayer1 said.
  4. What's wrong with my sentence ? If you plug a graphic card to your computer, the iGPU is disabled, so if his monitor wasn't plugged to the graphic card, he can not be able to use the computer at all.
  5. Check the power profil to make sure you're not in power saving ! If the monitor was connected to the MoBo, he should see nothing but a black screen...
  6. It's sound quite good on youtube, not to much noisy. Condenser mic are hard to use in home environnent, because they can pickup every litle noise in the room, so if you plan to upgrade in the futur, you might start thinking of a good dynamic mic, such as shure sm57, or sm7 (very expensive), with an XLR interface. But for now your video sound good. Enjoy
  7. Glad you find a way to make it work ! Try to lower you gain a bit to avoid the white noise then use a software noise gate or noise réduction engine. But I'm not a Bandicam expert can't help much for that
  8. The C01 is a condenser mic, much more sensitive than your old Trust. Can we have maybe a litle sound file before the issue and one after ?
  9. Multi-socket ? I don't know the english name But what I mean is sometimes the noise may come from something plugged recently to a power outlet near your computer
  10. Hi, are you on a laptop or desktop ? If it's a laptop try on battery only, if desktop did you plug anything more on the power strip ?
  11. Hey, This Xeon should work with your 2+2 ram setup, just make sure to use the matching ram in the same channel !
  12. I beg everyone to please buy a SSD for new config like that, it's the SSD that make almost all the difference for daily use ! No need for a high end one, the cheapest can do the job, but please, SSD <3
  13. The HDMI and the DP on thunderbolt should work at the same time since the CPU support is for 3 monitor... But if drivers update doesnt help, you can try daisy chain your monitor, or a thunderbolt dock such as the DELL TB16, to have more output. Plus I don't think that the Razer Stealth would drive the 3 monitor at 4k, not even 2 of them ...
  14. It's a matter of ratio, in theory to avoid tearing you need fps that are mutiple of the refresh rate, with perfect sync, but obviously you can not, but as you say on 60hz monitor tearing can be higly noticiable that because the monitor request a frame less often than higher frequency. But in a matter of fact you dont see a lot of tearing at 144hz with 144+fps, I dont say it's inexistant, but way less often, plus g-sync doesnt always work great. Again I dont say it's bad, is good and usefull most of the time, i just dont think it's worth it considering the bonus.
  15. Advantage of g-sync is the ability to have a smooth image with low fps i.e 30fps, but if you GPU can display most of the game at 120fps+ you won't see that much of a difference since tearing occur way less often if you render more frame. IMO g-sync can be usefull, but are too expensive for the little benefit versus a higher framerate.
  16. g-sync is usefull when you cannot get enough fps... so with a 1070 @ 1080p g-sync is a waste too
  17. Option 1 for sure, g-sync is meant to sync the refreshrate of the monitor to the gpu, so there is no frame left behind... But it still input more lag than more fps
  18. If you have good money you can do that, but it can be really expensive, plus you need place for 2 big screen and switch monitor accordingly to game... The Acer Predator XB271HUABMIPRZ is a nice 1440p monitor but really expensive as well. In conclusion monitor aren't all about spec, but about needs, and priority, you want "cheap" 144hz go for 1080p, you want the glorious 4k to enjoy all the greatness of BF1 get a wide 4k monitor, you want a goodish compromise ? 1440p 120hz at least. There is no real bad choices, it just depend on your needs and will.
  19. DSR is Dynamic Super Resolution, a technology that nvidia use to render frames at higher resolution that the screen require and then downsample to 1080p or whatever your using to achieve more sharpness and details. Any good 4k monitor will be starting at 400$, any 144hz monitor in 1440p, will too, the thing is, waste a 1080Ti with 1080p monitor is really sad, but if you go for 4k it will be 60hz wich is not optimal for game such a csgo, but it make not that big difference..
  20. Personnaly for gaming, non competitive, i'll go for a 4k 60hz, but if you play competitive game, 1080 144hz maybe with dsr
  21. w Well i can see a lot of game that are not running above 144fps, wich is quite require to benefit from 144Hz
  22. Those cable exist, but you may hit your drive max speed before 1gbps
