There can be so many factors that changed it, so it is hard to tell.
One time i mounted my gpu poorly, and it got like 10fps, then i remounted it properly and all was fine.
It could also be drivers, software etc.

Yes that would work and premixes have everything included, biocides, anti-corrosives, coloring if it's dyed. 
 
The XSPC EC 6 series now is a glycerol based product making to compatible for PETG based tubing also. If you are using PETG hardine tubing you want to avoid using glycol based fluids.

Task manager says my RAM is running at a speed of 8400MHz? I'm pretty sure the RAM is SODIMM DDR4-2400 2x8GB in an Acer Predator Helios 500.
 

I did email them a while ago, they haven't replied back. I just like the forums and the comments you can say. There was this guy with a bunch of anime stickers on his computer case and I jokingly said "weeaboo" and then I got banned. Other possible reason why I could've gotten banned would be telling people to not use cheap power supplies that other people would recommend or something?

Yeah that's actually a pretty good deal, if you could I would test it with his or your system in it. Just plug in basic stuff like the motherboard, CPU, and GPU connectors and see if it boots.

Should run VR very well. That VS power supply is pretty bad.

Intel is better at gaming, but it does depend on the CPU you're comparing to. The Pentium G4560 runs games just fine with it's 4 threads. The 2200G is also a good option, but it's $35 more.

PC if you can afford it, even then you could still play VR pretty well with the WMR headsets on a cheap PC. Contrary to popular belief, lower-end GPU's like the GTX 1050 Ti can run VR just fine, just don't expect to super sample.

Huh, I guess I'll try to get a newer PSU. I overclocked my GTX 980 Ti and it runs better than my friend's 1080, also SLI scalability is better than Pascal, so I'm not getting a 1070.

I've played before quiet a bit and have my own gear but I often just wear saggy sweatpants and a sweatshirt.
 
I do sacrifice mobility but when I get hit even from 5 feet away it doesn't really hurt, but it is getting warmer.
 
So should I just wear cargo shorts and a t-shirt to have better mobility and coolness (temperature)?

If all you're doing is gaming, it's not the best option. But if the prices are decent and you can't find any other good deal (like even a Quad Core chip as old as like an i5 2500k or Ryzen 3 would be better) then I would consider it. Although you can't overclock dual socket motherboards. You'd probably be better off with a higher end Xeon chip (like a E5-2670 comes to mind) that's at a decent price and a better clock speed, then just get one of those and a X79 or another single slot motherboard that supports overclocking. (if you wanted to go with that route)
 
Just get a used i5 2nd gen+ chip or something that's better than that chip at a decent price, honesty a 2.3GHz clock speed is pretty terrible.
