I believe so! One way to check is to use a website called PC part-picker (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/) I have used this website many times and if something is not compatible it will let you know! I think you are good that I dont immediately see anything wrong.

It will most likely help but it could also be your harddrive too. I know I was getting stutters especially in csgo but then when I installed my games on an SSD it fixed the stutters. Dual channel should for sure help though. You should also expect more FPS too.

It is very easy to remove the I/O shield. The chances of braking it are very low

So I have been looking into different monitors and have watched many videos on YouTube but I couldn't find a Linus Tech Tips video relating to comparisons between IPS, VA and TN. I would like it if a source that I know such as Linus Tech Tips could give me a comprehensive look into the three monitor types to give me a better idea of what would be best suited for me.

Since you guys loved our Amazon basics and Monoprice builds, we decided to get just a little more sketchy and attempt to build a PC using only parts we purchased from Wish.com. Strap in folks, because I can pretty much guarantee that everything WON’T go to plan.
 
 

I have the same mobo and it works perfect. I have had no issues. I would not worry about that. I think the PC build is pretty good though besides maybe getting 16gb of ram if you can.

not like either of them matters because Nvidia cards run above spec due to GPU boost (GPU boost 4.0 for Turing)

It's been working fine for me, but they do seem to be rolling out the new UI so that could be part of it.

if it doesnt show up, then the drivers didnt install. Get yourself DDU and run it. Disable your network adapter to prevent windows form installing its own old drivers, then install your new drivers and re-enable your ethernet adapter. 

That is because you're using Microsoft's brand new OEM DCH custom driver which is terrible and forces you to download nVidia Control panel separately here:

The only way you can avoid that Windows Update keeps installing the OEM DCH Custom Driver is by downloading ahead of time the driver that you need then DDU in safe mode and reinstall the driver without being connected to the internet.

I upgraded from 1070ti to 2070super....
 
I didn't do DDU and it worked fine but 3D Mark was a little bit lower for a 2070 super
 
so did a DDU and it the score where better.
 
so i would just do a DDU and install the latest drivers.

You don't NEED to, but it probably won't hurt if you don't, if they aren't updated just do that with the fresh/clean(?) install option and that's usually enough. If you have issues then you can fuck with the DDU process.

Yes its possible. open your file explorer and at the top where it shows file location type in "%appdata%" Then click .minecraft and then put the save in the saves folder. Lmk if you have any trouble.

5700 or 5700 XT. Wait for AIB cards if you're not ok with the very slight hum

OP said sub $400. So The 5700 might be a better choice since it's $50 cheaper.
