My system runs fairly okay on lower settings. I have some ram leaks but im fixing that, but when i have no ram leaks is still only get max 90fps on lowest settings on most games, and my CPU is rarely at 100% So i figured my gpu is getting lazy and i opped for an upgrade so i bought the 2070. i was just wondering if in the games i like to play will i be cpu bottlenecked or will they run just fine on 2070 and my i5 6600 at higher settings (1080p single or triple screen), maybe max?? GTA V COD BO4 Watch Dogs 2 Kerbal Space Program Six Siege Beam NG Drive Bioshock (Full series)

So since I have an i5-6600k i COULD bios update and install a 7700 for example?
