I am new to competitive fps games. Which is a more suitable choice for me?

Hey guys, the 2 retailers from whom i buy games dont have HITMAN for PC and the situation has been like this for 2 weeks now. It doesnt seem like i will get it from them. However, they do own a ps4 copy. So should i get a ps4 copy? Will i regret i didnt get a pc copy?

Can i mount 2 case fans using only 2 screws each diagonally? Will it fall off? P.S. Can i use zip ties to secure the other 2 holes?

Should i go for an i5 7600k for a b250 board? I am not interested in overclocking nor do i want to get a locked i7. I just want to get an i5 7600k for its higher clock speed than the 7600. Also, i plan to get a hyper 212x even if i get a non-k cpu for better cooling. Also, how is the gigabyte ga-b250-hd3 board? Any personal thoughts?

So i should ditch the 1070 and get a 480 instead? But i would have to upgrade earlier then, right? Also, now games will be coming out that cant be run at high settings. So to me it seems that a 1070 will be more future proof. What is your opinion?

Is 144hz worth it if i dont play competitive games? I mostly play single player games like gta 5, witcher 3, fallout 4. And sometimes the sims and cities skylines. If it is not, i would rather get a 1080p 75hz freesync monitor with rx 480 and then get an i7 instead of an i5

My budget allows for only 2 options - 1080p 60hz with a gtx 1070 1080p 144hz with an rx 480 Which of the above options should i consider? Or should i go with 1080p 60hz with rx 480? 1080p 144hz with gtx 1070 is not an option.
