A bit concerning that nothing is mentioned about G-Sync. There is no longer any sticker on it...so could this one be a bust if you have Nvidia?

So this popped up a few hours ago on https://www.displayninja.com/new-monitors/ Anyone have any information about this one? Price is estimated ~$600 https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08C7RZ6HL
  3. I have been looking for a new monitor now for so long i´m growing moss. To be confronted with a crappy robotvoice is just... Nope.
  4. Seriously, what is the deal when you have products released, as the ASUS ROG Swift PG329Q, and when you look for a review, you either get a grainy video with a non English narrative, a robotic voice with really bad imagery? Looking at these " reviews " would you decide your possible purchase on any of these? This is a ROG product...but i feel the lackluster information here makes me see this as useful as a gas-station sushi. Where are the REAL reviews...the quality ones? Is this not a product worth it or what´s the deal?
  5. Of personal opinions, i have fully scrapped Amazon due to them not paying the taxes they should ( another story ) but we have stores in Sweden that could get these home i think. Not seen that one before as far as i know. Appreciate the tips.
  6. I asked a local store if they could order one home, and was told it´s basically the Xiaomi Mi monitor with another name. Seems to be highly praised, but not yet convinced.
  7. Ultrawide was for me a clear win. The only issues i have, is that the market is quite limited, as in either you get somewhat reasonable quality for a high price, or great quality for an insane cost. I have a somewhat of a limit at around 1000 euros for my monitor, but looking at the price / performance levels, it´s very hard to feel 100%.
  8. You basically need to do the opposite order. Present your part first, then you can get an estimation of a good screen. Also, what´s the monitors budget?
  9. Hi all. So, i am a bit in waiting for Cyberpunk 2077, and during this wait, i am also upgrading my computer a bit with a new GPU and a new monitor etc. However, i want to get a new fresh aesthetics on my desk and the surrounding area, so i am turning to you for some insight and tips on what to get and where. Links to a site that sells certain items, or a seller on Etsy etc. So my current space is nothing fancy..and i don´t really have any great pics of it, but these two will have to do just to make a somewhat clear pic of what i have to work with. What i am looking for is a bit of a Cleaner setup to use on my white desktop, since i´m not switching it any time soon as i thought i would, but i will stick with it for now. The dual monitors on the two pics of mine are now gone, so think UW instead. I would like to have it centered around an UW monitor setup as said, 32 - 38" and i will strive to get both a wireless keyboard as a mouse. Good lighting surrounding the computer and desk space, roof or window, and a clutter free desktop and peripherals ( Basically just keyboard, mouse, headphones + any essential decoration ) Focus are around Clean and Creative Vibes - Nighttime - Soothing - Relaxing - Customized - Mature - Minimalist ( But not to the extreme, but minimalist as in no RC cars, collectors edition statues, knifes or Air-soft guns etc ) - Futuristic / AI inspiration. The styles i consider are * Deus Ex Human Revolution / Mankind Divided * Cyberpunk 2077 * CyberTokyo * Ghost in the Shell * Matrix * Altered Carbon * Blade Runner I wanna use the fact i have massive windows in front of me, and basically combine it all to a great combo for gaming, relaxing with a documentary, writing and listening to music. Part from the two pics added, one at Christmas and the other a random day, i´l add some more of that i find appealing. The idea seems to go towards a bit of a theme here, but i am open to suggestions. Also, two last things. 1: The pics i added are not * Must be like this * but generally a way pointer. 2: I will also renovate at home ahead, so this will be combined with a new parquet flooring and a dark themed painted wall set. It´s 04 in the morning now so i´l probable head on to bed, so any response from me will come as soon as i´m home again, just saying. Tnx folks, and sleep well.
  10. Recently read a post here in Sweden that Gigabytes 3000 cards from the first batches seems to be suffering from bad power pins in their connectors, and some have reported their connectors broke. Gigabytes British rep had said this on the issue. " We have investigated the issues that have been reported and have a solution to fix any cards that have developed lose or faulty power pins. Any customers that have experienced the same power connector problem as reported on this thread, please contact me directly and I will arrange to have the card fixed with a new connector as quickly as possible. " A link to the post you can translate is below https://www.sweclockers.com/nyhet/30571-gigabytes-geforce-rtx-3000-kort-dras-med-undermaliga-stromkontakter Overclockers UK link to the main thread on the issue https://www.overclockers.co.uk/forums/threads/3080-3090-gigabyte-eagle-gaming-oc-power-connector-concerns.18900176/
  11. I can see the people wanting to OC and all that... but looking at the cards main function, i do have to set with that they are made for gaming, and they seem to produce more than enough to handle anything thrown at them. This card with it´s white theme is a very nice product, and i do know i am looking for looks as well. Hope more have a white line coming.
  12. I think for sure that thew cards should NOT crash...that´s a given. But... a lot of the focus seems to be on just that.. Overclocking. For the general consumer this issue will probably never be seen...but that does not however remove the issue. As said.. hopefully the 70 and future TI cards..as well as the 20+ gb cards could be remade and hardware fixed.
  13. Well, looking at the problem, the only solution part from a software one would be a fully new production line of new cards. Really don´t see that coming. However, it could be fixed hardware wise when the 70 card comes, and the TI versions as well.
  14. Even if that is just for now... what´s the problem? Me personally...i have no plans at any point in time to be needing to go above 2000 anyways. Besides... part from a software fix..what are people expecting?
  15. I would not be to concerned with Gigabyte..and also, the capacitor issue is as far as i see it a software solution away. I never OC anything, so i´l be fine with my needs anyways.
