    Build: I5-6400 Gigabyte H110M-A Micro ATX Motherboard 8gb 2133 DDR4 ram Red Devil RX 470 450 watt 80+ Bronze EVGA PSU Problem: This is my first PC build, I dont seem to know what the problem is. I have a RX470, but it doesn't perform the same as other RX470's in the internet. I noticed that my GPU usage is all over the place same with my power wattage.
