  1. And all the Star Citizen haters thought they had a smoking gun ...again
  2. I am a raging Nintendo fanboy and I have no freaking clue what on earth Nintendo was thinking with this Sadly I'm probably buying it and using it until my dog chews it up
  3. They're just cosmetic, as far as I care they can do whatever they want with items that don't affect your gameplay
  4. When has Trump ever mentioned infowars as an alternative? He usually goes to Fox News. I only see Infowars from memeing Trump supporters
  5. I wonder if this furthers the steps of developers one day requiring we pay for their subscription game streaming service to play a new game, removing any ownership of that game from the consumer once and for all. But I guess we're already there after Diablo 3
  6. That's just stupid. We're doing this to ourselves, if we stopped buying their games and paying for loot boxes it wouldn't be happening. We don't need more regulation But there's enough enragingly stupid people like these that will make sure that probably won't happen
  7. Bungie seems to keep making stupid decisions, apologize for them after everyone says they're stupid, and by the time they fix them another decision is being trashed. I mean I played Destiny 2, had 305 light in two weeks, and played maybe 25 hours to get that far. Did the raid three times, only played one day out of the week because you can blast through the weekly resets in like two hours (except the raid but even my team and I were getting through that in 3-4 hours after our first try) but there's no point because you're already 305 light. Nobody freaking cares about cosmetics, there's no public chat, you can't show it off to anybody, can't ask anyone what they're wearing. Interesting that they want to call it an MMO Then the expansion came out, and my friends and I just never bought it. We heard later they locked already released content behind a light level you couldn't achieve without the expansion, which they fixed later, but that was enough for us to forget Destiny 2
  8. Literally all I want in Star Citizen is to walk out of my ship, put a box in my ship, get in my ship, fly my ship, get out of my ship, and take the box out and get paid. Elite Dangerous lost its cool after the wow factor wore off, and I imagine Star Citizen will too but I played so many hours of trucking games I can now transfer to a star game. Close enough for me.. I hope
  9. And hopefully always will be All I want is a better cargo transport system than Elite Dangerous. Don't be another perpetual Early Access game Star Citizen, prove everybody wrong! We can all dream...
  10. You'll have to upgrade your hardware if you want better performance
  11. Great, more regulations in gaming... This is our own fault, if we'd stop freaking paying for loot boxes they'd stop adding them
  12. lol what impartial authority? That's such an oxymoron I have a feeling Comcast was going to do this regardless. Comcast just sucks
  13. ...how is this different from YouTuber's analytics page
  14. Actually yes, the consumer should be the one to decide with their wallets. Loot boxes are our own fault, we keep paying for them, we keep paying for microtrasnactions. The government doesn't need to get their grubby hands on even more regulations, especially something as dumb as a loot box. If the industry crashes over freaking loot boxes, then we did it to ourselves. It would recover, it has before. The way I see it, if you can't trade what you get in the loot box for any real monetary value, then it's not gambling. You're 100% sure you're losing 100% of your money, with nothing in return. But if you can trade it for real value, then you should have to be 18 at least, not sure about 21
  15. It will work, but of course the latency issue. Truthfully with mine there's noticeable latency even with ethernet, and it's probably just unavoidable.
  16. My first phone didn't have a touch screen I had to learn how to drive my car
  17. It's for this reason I wish they would instead outlaw data caps, and crack down on monopolies a lot harder than they currently are. A dial up company along with Time Warner isn't competition
  18. PvZ2 made me so sad. All I can hope for is some indie guy to come by and make a Stardew Valley-Harvest Moon type PvZ clone in glorious HD
  19. I have a hard time believing it's any good after how crap the first one was, and the first didn't have these microtransactions But anyway is there another source for this besides a YouTube video...
  20. And still doesn't solve the issue if locking content behind paywalls when you already pay. If the game was free or heck even $15 I'd live with it. Too bad people will still buy the game
  21. Not nearly as bad as Sony's proprietary SD card garbage that they used to use for PSP and their cameras
  22. Sadly people won't stop buying these games. The only reason literally the only reason microtransactions exist is because some people spend exorbitant amounts of cash on them. It's our own fault
