  1. It's the P500A. It's not for me though.. Building this for a friend that will be used in live-streaming church. I am fairly new to the riser cables/vertical mount, and I usually mount GPU nearest to the CPU but in this case my vertical mount from CoolerMaster was the PCI3
  2. I initially can't... But I have updated the BIOS thru the flashback and now I can. Okay will do and update Yeah... That's what I was thinking too... I forgot to mention, my GPU is slotted into the PCI3 slot since my vertical mount is PCI3 and it doesn't boot when used in PCI4. i will have to try placing the GPU on that PCI4 and do a format again and observe.
  3. Hi, been a while since I posted here.. But I just built a system the other day and here are the specifications: CPU: AMD RYZEN 9 5900X 12-CORE 24-THREAD MOBO: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-E GAMING WIFI (AM4) MOTHERBOARD GPU: MSI RTX 3080 GAMING Z TRIO 10GB LHR (912-V389-203) RAM: CORSAIR DOMINATOR PLATINUM RGB 16GB 2X8G 3200MHZ CL16 PSU: CORSAIR HX850 PLATINUM 850WATTS 80+ Storage: SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2 NVME / SANDISK PLUS 1TB SSD Now, it's also has been a while since I build a PC, but I think the above should work right? I have the Phenteks P500A case, the Z63 AIO and adequate case fans. But the main issue here is that it always crashes, even after installing windows. It doesn't have anything on it yet. It just turns off, is it a power issue? Cable issue? I have the strimer plus extension cables. The system unit does not turn off, the display does and then will go to windows recovery. But during the blackout process, all fans are working and lights.
  4. Found the culprit. I turned off Super Resolution+ on monitor settings. Dang that was a headache.
  5. I have done the cleartype text with different settings but I cant get to appear even the web url look good.
  6. I have tried using HDMI.. Movies looks clearer now. But windows explorer and texts from web pages aren't that clear. Idk what to do
  7. I have tried using HDMI.. Movies looks clearer now. But windows explorer and texts from web pages aren't that clear. Idk what to do
  8. I have used ClearType in windows, though I'm not aware of the full RGB or YCbCr 4:4:4 and not chroma subsampling? How do I do this?
  9. Yea I'll try my luck with a hdmi cable and try to use the built in windows calibrate tool too
  10. I have tried to restore to factory settings.. And messed with settings a bit but I can't make the display looks clearer to a normal lcd display
  11. Yes, images, movies too are not that "HD".. Even playing videos on 1080 in youtube, Is this a cord issue? Or should I check with the store?
  12. I'll try HDMI then, my DVD-D is the thick one and I have used in before in my previous display and was able to play with it. The monitor I have doesn't have displayport I would this would fix the display. The "crisp" is that I use mactype for cleartext and when I compare display 1 and 2, they don't look the same and the normal monitor is much clear
  13. How do I make the display crisp? Do I have to calibrate? I've tried using dvi-d and vga but the display texture isn't that great. This is my monitor
  14. I bought this monitor earlier, updated the display drivers, and drivers by the monitor. I set the native resolution to 1920x1080, and the display isn't that great, not great as in even texts are kind of jagged. This is 23" display, and my second monitor is on a 19.5" display with a 1080 resolution too. The display on the secondary is much more crisp. What am I missing? Or is this a factory defect? My card is a RX 480 if that matters
  15. My mobo is ASUS P8 H61-M LX R2.0 I did that before and it worked, but had to reformat just to be sure. This is my second time installing windows and it doesnt work, even if AHCI is enabled before installing. I also did that registry tweak and the unsigned driver thingy, no success.
