    I made a recreation of what the stutter sounds and looks like in adobe premiere so its easier to explain what it is.

    NguyenAirlines got a reaction from Mark Kaine in NVIDIA auto oc applying after uninstall and ddu   
    I put the card in another pc and the max boost was 1740, just as advertised. Looks like I will have to reinstall windows since I cant see any other option
