  1. I could but my monitor only has one hdmi in and even though it may be more expensive than just swapping the cables back out when I'm done, I'm also looking at one to record some of the funnier moments of game time and thought this might be a two birds one stone scenario.

  3. So, my office may be going through some renovations and I'm considering ditching my tv which my ps4 is the only console hooked up to. I was wondering if I get a capture card such as the Elgato HD60 pro if I could just route my ps4 through the capture card and just use my monitor as a tv. I understand that latency is my biggest concern going this route, and was wondering if anybody would have an insight as to how bad this latency will be with an internal capture card like the HD60 pro will be. Thanks in advance!
  4. I upgraded my cpu first and it was like night and day. went from an AMD A10-7700k to the R7 1700 both using my 960 2gb. ultimately, it comes down to what games you play like xXATHERIALXx said. I play a lot of PUBG so it went from around 15 - 20 fps average to 60 - 70 average for example. Good luck!!!
  5. ahhh, that would be less bad and your still right. I wonder if I can hit the 3.5 ghz oc on the 1700 with the 2133 ram.
  6. I figured as much, I was just curious if I could do it but your right I don't want to blow out my ram doing something it wasn't rated for. Thanks!
  7. I've never overclocked before and I've been highly thinking about overclocking my R7 1700 but I know that the faster ram you have the better off you are. my ram is rated at 2133 mhz but I was wondering if I could still push it to 2666 mhz. I figure 3000 or 3200 would be too far out of its reach but maaaaybbeeeeeee 2666 is obtainable? I'm not going to be going for a big time oc, maybe 3.5 ghz Thanks in advance!
  8. Awesome, I hope this works for him. Thanks for the info!
  9. So, my friend is having an issue where after windows updated and now its using up all the disk space. He has no backups of before the update and it ran just fine before the update. is a complete reinstall of windows the way to go. He's in Canada and I'm in the U.S. so I can't just go over and check it out. but he's saying something on the task manager called wsappx is using all of the disk space. Thanks in advance!!
  10. That would be awesome, would beat the crap out of having SANDISK showcased, lol
  11. Not sure if this would be considered a mod or not but I have the phanteks enthoo pro and my ssd in the tray showcased in the side panel but I'm wanting to put it in the back. Only, I would rather have something there being showcased. I had thought about getting a piece of glass that could sit in the tray and etch a design into it or something, but wanted to see what ideas other people had. Thanks!
  12. my motherboard is the ASRock x370 killer sli/ac
  13. amazing, I found a driver on asrocks website thats called AMD all in 1 driver. would that be it? I didn't see a driver labeled storage controller. the next best guess is the SATA floppy image
  14. how would I go about adding that to my new setup since I can't currently get past this screen? or would I put it on a usb and select it whenever i'm on that screen?
