    That is a thing. Tho expensive  So not a good solution here.
    Mostly for hotels. Since each channel will require a decoder / modulator module.
     
    So yeah, Talk her into buying a new TV with built in decoder.

    it works 100% fine except there will be a watermark in the corner and you can't change the desktop background.

    add an ssd and maybe more ram and you're good to go.

    upgrading old cheap prebuilts can actually be a very good option for low budget performance. this is just the first one I found.

    What exactly are you using to install W10? You can use official tools from MS that prepare a w10 setup on a usb drive, completely legal and official

    It means that the tab has stopped polling for new notifications (it's a pause icon). If you're getting it after only a few minutes, that means there's probably something wrong with your Internet connection, because it is supposed to only stop polling naturally after several hours.

    i feel like everything else might bottleneck an rx 480, but i think a 460 would be more balanced. also definitely get an ssd. but also, what he said i agree with him, but if it's already owned, just and ssd and gpu should be all you need.
