CoinDuckling369 got a reaction from dreamcast4599 in how do i get a new WIFI IP address?
Allright yes you can try that but I would certainly try to forget the network on your phone first, because the phone requests the IP from the modem and the modem will send one from the DHCP. So just forget the network and fill the password out again.

I need to catch some sleep now, it's 12:27 AM right now where I live, so good luck

You can't really go wrong with both of them, For Performance you should go for the Ironwolf, for Noice reduction you should go for the WD Red, the reliability is almost the same.
Here is an article which could help you: https://www.vueville.com/home-security/cctv/nvr/seagate-ironwolf-vs-wd-red-nas-hard-drives/

You have a Crosshair VI Hero which is very similar to what I have (Crosshair VI Extreme) - you're good in terms of motherboard space and slots.

Hard to say, it shouldn't be bad if you get a flexible SLI bridge. They're not as good-looking but should solve your problem.

Also: That photoshop magic unfortunately gives you zero information about the scale of the card in each picture so you still don't know the PCB height difference.

From the data I pulled (from manufacturer's website) the Trio is only 0.6cm taller so you shouldn't run into issues.

EDIT: Make sure that your motherboard offers enough space to fit two GPUs that are 2.5-slot thick.

I think the MSI Trio PCB is a bit taller. Not sure how that's gonna affect your ability to install the bridge though.

Besides that, it should work without any issues. The Gaming X Trio has a great cooler.

WAMP Server is the easiest solution as it comes preconfigured and ready to go.

WAMP means Windows Apache MySQL/MariaDB PHP so it has everything you should need included including PHPMyAdmin for SQL DB administration.

You'll need to forward port 80 to the machine that's running WAMP Server for external access though I tend to change it to port 81 and forward that instead (its not strictly necessary but since 80 is the default port for HTTP it splits the traffic intended for your server up from regular traffic).

HX426C16FB3AK2/16  This one is kind of slow for Ryzen
HX432C16FB3AK2/16  This one would have the best overall benefit.
HX430C15FB3AK2/16  Ryzen doesn't like odd timings.

I'm reading it completely different. It sounds like OP is building an extension to their home and they want to connect the two segments of the network.

Pico PSUs take in 12V DC, so you'll need an external power brick to get that 12V. SFX PSUs convert AC-DC, so you won't need an external power brick. Which one is better for your usecase, you will have to decide.

that'd be great, but $80 is kinda out of the price range of a psu for me. i'd rather go with CoinDucklings approach of opening up the psu. the suitcase would have a pretty good airflow anyways... and yes, i know of the dangers and that it even holds charge after being unplugged

PSU calculators are useless and overestimate by a ton. With a 970, they'll draw about 200W under load.

What games you play? is your graphic card able to get 100+ fps? if you play fps games and your card can push fps to 100+ then get 120hz, if not and you just want to see good looking colours... buy another 60hz ips.
